We want you to love your skin! We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please email our support team at pureonskin@zohomail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
