We want you to love your skin! We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please email our support team at pureonskin@zohomail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Items that have been opened or used.
Sale or clearance items.
Gift cards.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, customers are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry about that! Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Include a photo of the damage so we can make it right for you right away.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If it is, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind it can take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Yes. We are unable to accept returns on certain items, such as sale products, limited edition sets, or specific hygiene-sensitive tools. These items will be clearly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page before you complete your purchase.
