International Shipping & Customs

EU Customers: For customers within the European Union (including Spain), your products will arrive without additional customs duties or taxes being charged upon delivery.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. PureOnSkin is not responsible for packages that are stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered to your address.
If your item is stuck in transit for an unusual amount of time (e.g., over 30 days without movement), please contact our customer care team, and we will open an investigation with our suppliers.
