Return & Refund Policy

At PureOnSkin, your comfort and skin health are our top priorities. We want you to love everything you purchase from our cotton, linen, silk, and bamboo collections. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.


15-Day Comfort Guarantee

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact us at pureonskin@zohomail.eu.

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Return Label: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.


Damages & Issues (Our Quality Guarantee)

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will prioritise your claim and arrange for a prompt replacement at no extra cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and the nature of our products designed for sensitive skin, certain items cannot be returned unless they are defective upon arrival:

  • Used bedding (sheets, pillowcases) or worn apparel.

  • Items on Final Sale or Gift Cards.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Late Refunds: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it takes longer than 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
